Waterfront Fitness Haven

A modern two-story waterfront dock on Lake Granbury, designed for both recreation and fitness. The structure features a covered upper deck with open space for workouts and relaxation, while the lower deck includes a boat lift, swim ladder, and easy water access. The sleek black metal framework and composite decking blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating the ultimate athletic retreat on the water.For this fitness-focused client, we engineered a comprehensive waterfront solution that seamlessly integrates athletic lifestyle with lake recreation. This expansive structure represents the pinnacle of what's permissible on Lake Granbury, reaching the Brazos River Authority's maximum allowable dimensions with its impressive dual 2,000 square foot decks.

Understanding our client's dedication to athletics and water sports, we created specialized features throughout both levels of this ambitious project. The dock provides dedicated storage and launch areas for multiple wake boats and personal watercraft, with custom lift systems designed for quick transitions from storage to water.

Maximum Capacity Engineering

Achieving the BRA's maximum allowable footprint required meticulous planning and engineering. The 2,000 square foot lower deck was constructed with reinforced structural supports to accommodate the weight of multiple watercraft, heavy-duty equipment, and active use patterns.

Equally impressive, the 2,000 square foot upper deck offers unobstructed views of Lake Granbury while providing additional recreational space. This expansive area includes designated zones for outdoor workouts, recovery, and entertainment, all designed to withstand Texas weather while supporting active use.

Athletic Amenities

Beyond basic boat storage, we incorporated several fitness-focused features into this comprehensive design:
