Past Projects

Graham Moore

2400 Trails Edge Ct

Our most challenging build. The client’s goal was to have a dock that modeled the post-modern construction design of their home. We dealt with building a dock in the hardest of conditions. 85′ Cliff, & boulders in the way of pilings. We battled multiple seasons of weather & lake use to complete this dock. We introduced this style of dock after the completion of this project, naming it Nemesis.  It features split, tilted roof systems, top-of-the-line mechanical lifts, Stained pine ceiling with recessed lighting. Additionally, we coordinated to have an 85′ Tram system installed to have it dialed in to land properly at the dock.

James Margiotta

5600 Gee Rd

An avid athlete, he needed a dock to enhance his fitness lifestyle as it related to the lake- A dock to support multiple Wake boats, & PWCs. In addition, it has the BRA maximum size, of a 2000 sq ft lower deck & a 2000 sq ft upper deck.

Carey & Mary Anne Paquin

832 Waterpoint Ct

Located in a strict HOA that previously only allowed floating docks, the Paquin’s wanted a stationary dock. We worked with the HOA to achieve a variance by making the stationary dock closely reflect the apperance of the other surrounding floating docks. Additionally, the position the dock had to be positioned in would block certain views from their back porch. We narrowed the roof & interchanged mechanical PWC lifts with  PWC floats to give them unobstructed views of the lake.

Danny Luong

3923 Bueno Vista

New to boating, Danny counted on Oasis to steer him in the direction of how to enjoy living on Lake Granbury. Danny was big on accommodation for his large family, so we introduced him to making his dock a 2 story dock with 1200 sq ft of upper deck. Since completion, Danny has recently bought his first boat and is becoming familiar with Lake Granbury.

Carl and Sheri Wilson

4905 Rio Vista

Big entertainers, they wanted a large dock that didnt block their views. Oasis worked with BRA compliance & design to achieve their goal to essentially “off-center” the dock by elongating the structure. This dock features surround sound, a beautiful pine ceiling, large unobstructed covered area,  and a large sundeck for congregation.
